For God's's love to be expressed for and by individuals with developmental disabilities through Faith Based programs and services.

The Lighthouse Christian Home depends upon outside support for 40% of all expenses. We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Contact the Executive Director to discuss the Montana tax credit through foundations, estate planning, etc. We raise funds through events such as the Annual Dance and Auction and Annual Harvest Festival. We are always adding new events and fundraising opportunities. Donations can also be made right here on our website using PayPal. We also have a Wish List that is posted on a tab on the top of this website. We sincerely thank the community and individuals that support us.

Want to Volunteer?

The Lighthouse is dependent upon volunteers of all ages. Everyone brings a talent and new perspective to our residents. Whether it is a scheduled time weekly or for an event or fundraiser, we love to have you join us. Whether you help indoors, outdoors, assist with sports or worship, or provide companionship, this is a meaningful part of the residents’ lives.

Lifestyle and Activities

The Lighthouse country lifestyle provides the opportunity for the individuals that choose to live here to raise their own beef, pork, chicken eggs, fruit, vegetables and hay by utilizing the land. These activities have therapeutic and practical purpose; providing animal husbandry and nutritional meals. Our residents and participants are champions in many aspects of Special Olympics. These competitions require hours of training provided by our experienced staff and volunteers. The Lighthouse has two baseball teams that compete at Miracle Field. Our teams make new friends during these events and they love being part of our community. Our new Country Day Services program extends the opportunity to individuals from our community to experience our integrated social country lifestyle and activities.
